Having a party or family dinner for St Patrick’s day? I have the perfect dessert for you! Now we all love a nice slice of cheesecake and a glass of Irish cream right? Why not combine the two? Good idea I say.
150g Bourbon Biscuits
50g Butter (melted)
225g (250ml) soft cheese (Full fat)
200g Milk Chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
100ml Irish Cream
Bag of Maltesers
Crush the biscuits. Keep shaking the bowl to get the bigger clumps to the top.
Next add the butter and mix together and place in a tin and flatten.
Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until base is hard.
Add melted chocolate, butter, vanilla essence, sugar, Irish cream, and cream cheese, Mix until smooth. Crush up Maltesers and add to the mixture and pour over the biscuit base. and place back into the fridge.
